Sometimes even in the UK we experience the mysterious bout of the "heatwave", so sometimes the brownies get a little too warm whilst Royal Mail are doing their best to get it to you quickly, which in most cases is next working day. If your brownies arrive a little melted, then stick them in the fridge to firm up and you can enjoy the gooeyness or firmness that you desire.
